เรื่องย่อ/Synopsis/

     เอ็ดดี้ มอร์ร่า (แสดงโดย Cooper) นักเขียนผู้มีความทะเยอทะยาน ต้องมีชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนไปเมื่อเขาได้เจอกับเพื่อนเก่า ที่แนะนำยาตัวใหม่อย่าง NZT ให้แก่เขา ยาที่จะสามารถทำให้ความสามารถของเขาไร้ขีดจำกัดและเมื่อตัวยาแทรกซึมเข้าสู่เซลล์ในร่างกายเขาแล้วนั้น เอ็ดดี้กลายเป็นมนุษย์ที่มีความสามารถสุดยอด!!

     เขาสามารถท่องจำทุกๆอย่างที่เคยอ่านหรือได้ยินได้,เรียนรู้ภาษาต่างๆได้ในชั่วข้ามวันรวมถึงแก้สมการคณิตศาสตร์ต่างๆ และล่อลวงทุกคนที่เค้าพบเจอได้อย่าง่ายดาย แต่เมื่อเขารู้สึกตัวอีกที ชีวิตของเขาก็ถูกสะกดรอยตามทุกฝีก้าวด้วยเหล่านักฆ่า ที่เขาไม่รู้จักเสียแล้ว!!
